Macroeconomics is a field of the economic theory which focuses on the overall economic activity, processes and issues. The course introduces basic terms, definitions, fundamental economic principles and issues considered by the  contemporary macroeconomics. The list of topics discussed throughout the course include: measures of economic activity; business cycle, inflation, and unemployment;  aggregate demand and supply; government budget and fiscal policy; banking system and monetary policy. In the beginning of the course, main economic terms and definitions as well as the basics of market demand and supply are presented.
